Drumming is a very exciting way to find self-expression. At Harmony Heights you’ll experience what it is to learn drums in a fun and encouraging way while getting a solid foundation on rudiments, music reading, exercises, graded repertoire and introduction to a variety of musical styles. Students who have learned the basics of their instrument, get the opportunity to be part of our Rock Band Ensembles at student recitals.

What kind of piano or keyboard should I get?

Any simple keyboard with full size keys and touch response is ok at the beginning. We recommend 88-key weighted digital pianos or upright pianos for students planning on doing lessons in the long run.
How much should my child practice every week?

For the first 6 months, 20 minutes 3 times per week of focused practice is more than enough.
